Text
Minister, there is no question that it is an important Bill, but it has been subject to considerable delays in your Department. It is six months late going to the Executive, for instance. It now seems to have been stuck with the Executive for the past two weeks. It is an extensive Bill that gives parental leave and carer's leave, ends zero-hours contracts and deals with employee representation. Minister, are you serious about the legislation? Why is it taking so long to get it to the next stage? Is this simply another bluff by Sinn Féin?
