Text
Can we distinguish between us? There are two Members for North Belfast.
Can you talk about the only Member for North Belfast who has worked on the Bill from the start? Phillip came later. Everyone has rights under article 2 of the ECHR. As Paula said, we all had to go through trauma-informed training. It is to make sure that there is a clear distinction between an institution or a body that is refusing and an individual. There is a difference between "won't" and "can't". That is the difference here. I do not agree with the concerns of Phillip, the other great Member for North Belfast, and I do support the intention of your amendment. For clarity, that is also our understanding of your amendment.
