Ms Ennis asked the First Minister and deputy First Minister, given that the First Minister cares deeply about young people being treated fairly, whether she shares her concerns about new and young drivers facing outrageously high car insurance premiums, with the cost of insurance sometimes outstripping the cost of a used car.
