I thank the Minister for that answer. Minister, there are six separate housing developments in that complex, encompassing well over 600 to 800 houses. That is a lot of residents. They were locked in their homes for the third time in the past couple of years and could not get out due to a bomb scare on the main shared access route. What will you do to ensure that the planning permission will be enforced so that people are safe and can get to and from their homes when such events happen?
