Thank you, Minister, for your response. PRM, in my constituency, has seen significant growth in its business through dual market access. It has just completed a planning application to help it realise that. That took three years. That company is embedded in my community. Other people will not wait around for three years for a planning application. That is not a problem with planning; it is the system. I ask the Minister to prioritise the issue, because it is holding back our economy and growth.
