I thank the Minister for that answer; unfortunately, it is the same answer as the one he gave me in the House six weeks ago. Has there been any update on that position? I was told that the business case had been sent to the Department of Finance for approval of the bid, but the Finance Minister has come back to me and said that such a bid has not been received.
