I thank the Minister for his response. A lot of concern has been raised locally by healthcare staff about morale in the service. It is vital that people work in a place with high morale and that they look forward to going back to work. Will the Minister outline what he is doing to inspire and give positive leadership in order to make sure that health service staff work in a positive environment with high morale?
