Retrofit Strategy
This Assembly calls on the Minister for Communities to bring forward a retrofit strategy to deliver a decarbonised, energy-efficient housing stock that is equitable, affordable, and tailored to local needs thus supporting climate goals, reducing fuel poverty, and improving health outcomes.
