Protection of Rights and Safety in Custodial Facilities - Amendment 3
Leave out all after ‘calls on the Minister of Justice’ and insert:
‘to ensure that the safety of everyone within prisons is the priority consideration when managing prison populations, including with regards to the admission of transgender prisoners.’
