To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs to detail (i) the date and nature of each of the nine instances of non-compliance identified by Northern Ireland Environment Agency inspectors at the Re-Gen Waste facility, Warrenpoint Port since 2023; (ii) any compliance or enforcement action taken in respect of each instance; and (iii) whether any formal enforcement notices, cautions, prosecutions or other sanctions resulted from these instances of non-compliance.
