To ask the Minister of Justice (i) whether any assessment has been made of Chapter 6 of the Mental Capacity Act (Northern Ireland) 2016; and (ii) whether the provisions of the Act, relevant to determining fitness to stand trial, will be included in the terms of reference for the joint review of the legal framework for trials of the facts.
