To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs to detail (i) which Department, agency or regulatory body will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing the regulatory requirements applying to soyabean oil also known as vegetable oil from January 2027; (ii) how compliance will be monitored and policed in practice; and (iii) any additional resources, inspections or administrative requirements that will be required.
