To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs to detail (i) the number of times that NIEA inspectors identified non-compliance issues or licence breaches at the Warrenpoint Port operation, since 2023, and (ii) any reasons why enforcement action has not prevented the recurring odour and environmental nuisance experienced by local residents.
