Text
First Minister, the Budget is now beyond six months late. On your watch as First Minister, our public services have crumbled to the worst state that they have been in since devolution. What do you have to say to people who are languishing on waiting lists, suffering and in pain, due to the lack of a Budget? Is it simply that they must wait and continue in pain, or is something actually going to happen in the next few weeks that can secure those services for our public?
