Ms Sheerin asked the Minister of Justice, after noting that the Justice Committee has taken a lot of evidence on the Criminal Justice (Sentencing etc.) Bill and is considering what it might want to change or add, for her opinion on the addition of misogyny as a stand-alone aggravator in sentencing, which is a topic that the Committee has discussed.
