The Minister has used the word "fairness" a number of times: there is no fairness in you or your Executive colleagues holding our people or public services to ransom while you play Russian roulette with the British Government. Can you provide any clarification on when this will be resolved? Simply throwing loose timescales into the air will not give our people or public services the certainty that they need.
