I thank the Minister for giving way. I appreciate her giving her time. I understand that this is a priority for her. This is an important point, given that the Agriculture Minister is also present. You said that we need to make sure that things move more swiftly. I think that everybody agrees. One of the biggest hurdles that the planning system faces is responses from the Northern Ireland Environment Agency. Do you agree that there needs to be Executive consensus on how we fix that problem in order to streamline the system?
