Text
I welcome the opportunity to speak at the Second Stage of the Victims and Witnesses of Crime Bill. I am proud to be from a party that consistently supports the best available human rights advice on all matters. I fail to understand why anybody would boast about having a position that is at odds with human rights advice, but that is for the Member to consider in the time ahead. I thank the Minister and all those in the Department for getting the Bill to Second Stage.
