I thank the Minister. Again, we are hearing from across the Committee that the need for increased clarity is the barrier to people's supporting the clause. There is lots in what you have said that provides food for thought and something for us to consider, because we feel that ensuring that people have access to legal aid, and that the best in the business are incentivised to remain within that system, is definitely a priority for us.
