Forgive me, Minister, for also using emotional language, but reading about some of the cruelty towards those incredibly vulnerable people is like reading about what happened in a Nazi concentration camp, except that it was not a concentration camp; it was a First World healthcare facility where people should have been safe and free from such cruelty. How will the proposed adult safeguarding Bill address the weaknesses highlighted in the report, given that we have been told that there is not enough money to implement the Bill fully?
