Thank you. On a point of order, Mr Deputy Speaker. Is it in order for a Member to refer to a case in a jurisdiction where the minimum age of criminal responsibility is exactly the same as it currently is in the North and where the minimum age of criminal responsibility had absolutely no relevance to the judiciary when sentencing the individuals?
