On a point of order, Deputy Speaker. I do not think that that is good enough. You need to bring clarity to this debate and this debacle, because, frankly, if we are not going to have a vote on this, there is no point in continuing this farce, which is exactly what it is. With all due respect, Deputy Speaker, how can you make a ruling on this while still sitting in the Chair during the debate?
