Text
The Member will not be surprised to learn that I absolutely do not accept that. Our efforts to combine on the appeal show how determined we are to get the road built. A huge amount of work went into the original case, from which there was a very disappointing outcome. However, we are determined that we will get through this, and we will get the road built. As I have said previously, for me, the priority is saving lives. We will continue to move forward on this. We will use all our resources to submit the strongest appeal, and, hopefully, we should get a positive outcome. My commitment is that, regardless of the outcome, we will continue to move forward to get the road built and ensure that no more lives are lost.
