Text
I thank the Minister for her answer. She will know that the overconcentration of houses in multiple occupation has greatly irritated not only my constituents but many constituents across Northern Ireland. Her Department is responsible for overseeing planning policy pertaining to HMOs in local councils. With only two of the 11 councils having bespoke policies to deal with overconcentration, does the Minister accept that its not being dealt with across the board is an issue, and is her Department providing enough information to ensure that councils are well equipped to deal with that major issue?
