Text
On a point of order, Mr Speaker. It would be helpful if you could give some guidance on the matter of when we will be able to debate further the Budget, the absence of which is becoming a slow-running crisis in this place. During Question Time today, the Minister for Communities confirmed, I believe, that funding for domestic violence services was being held up as a result of the absence of a Budget. This is a crisis for the people of Northern Ireland. The Executive cannot or will not agree a Budget, so it would be helpful if the Speaker could offer some guidance on when we might be able to debate that.
