Text
I accept what the Member has said, but I do not agree with him. The current and previous Sinn Féin Finance Ministers have prioritised Departments outside of their own, particularly Health, and have given the Health Minister over 52% of the available Budget. It is unfair to say that other Ministers have not prioritised Health. We all recognise that Health has to be a priority, but it is up to the Minister to deal with the £8·6 billion that is at his disposal and make decisions.
