Thank you very much, Minister, for setting out the issues with cost, not only of appeals but of firearms licences. You are absolutely right that it is necessary that we have full cost recovery. Otherwise, we are simply taking the money away from other front-line services or out of the taxpayer's pocket. Do you therefore agree that it is important that the PSNI get full cost recovery from firearms licensing?
