Text
Mrs Cameron asked the Minister of Justice, given that the Minister will be aware that, four years and four months since the death of her constituent Mr Ian McCollum in a workplace incident, the defendant yesterday pleaded guilty to manslaughter, much to the relief of Kathryn and Aaron McCollum, with a date of 29 June set for the plea and sentencing hearing, whether she will take the opportunity to update the House on whether the Criminal Bar Association strike will be resolved in time for that hearing to take place.
