Text

I am conscious of our rural community and proud to be the Minister who is responsible for rural affairs. However, the vast majority of people in Northern Ireland do not consider the hunting of wild animals to be part of the rural way of life. It is cruelty to animals, and it is wrong.

  • No identity-based framing was identified (0.92).
  • The overall probability was at or below the not-flagging threshold.

This is an AI-generated assessment of the text, made against published criteria. It is not a finding of fact about the MLA or their intentions. The Assembly record itself is the fact.
