Text

I thank the Minister again for giving way. It is clear that there are disagreements between the Department and the Children's Law Centre about the legality of some of the reforms that have been proposed. That has to be an issue that can be easily resolved by you and the Children's Law Centre coming together and working through what you say is legal and what it says is not legal. How much does it take to resolve that? I just cannot see how it is an issue that can create a blockage in the system.
