Text
I have not removed funding for that programme. An interim allocation was provided to the EA for the programme to continue. Obviously, the EA has taken a particular approach, but I have instructed my officials to work with it in order for the programme to continue, at least until the end of June. Hopefully, that will allow the Executive to reach a position on the final budgetary settlement, and decisions can be taken thereafter. As I said in answer to the substantive question, decisions can be based on the findings of the framework review and the most effective delivery model, considering value for money, sustainability and affordability.
