My question follows on from my colleague's question on the pollution incident at the watercourse. It is one question in two parts. Will there be any financial implications — any financial consequences — for AFBI? I am dealing with a farmer who was involved in no pollution incident, and there will be financial implications for them. Why will there be financial consequences for a farmer who caused no pollution but not for AFBI, which did?
