Text
I am not speaking as Minister, but I am grateful to the Member for giving way. He talks about a cost-benefit analysis. In the House, we were presented with information from the independent Climate Change Commission that stated that the difference in cost for us between a 82% reduction target and a 100% reduction target would be up to £900 million per year. Where is he getting the money from for that? Do you know where it will come from? It will hit working people the hardest. The Member claims to speak for working people, but his policies do more damage to working people than those of anyone else.
