I suppose that we could make the point that it is 0·6% of the overall Education budget. Working it out quickly, TransformED is 0·36% of the budget in its first year, and, in the year after that, it will be something similar to 0·6%. We can play the game of saying that what you spend on is down to priorities; it is about what you want to do with it. That is what I mean, and I make no bones about it: we are in here to make difficult decisions, and that is what this will be.
