Thank you, Nick, for giving way. I suppose that I need to point out that the guidance that we have been given by the Speaker is that, when we bring our Members' Bills forward, our policy intent has to be narrow. I would love to have written much wider legislation, but I am not the Minister and do not sit on the Executive. If it is too wide-reaching, you will get nothing done.
