Text

I thank the Member for giving way. Does he agree that this debacle, where we have seen vulnerable families used as pawns in political games, is typical of how the Executive do business and highlights a lack of collaboration and collective responsibility between Departments and Ministers? Does he agree that this has also been painfully evident in how the Executive have ducked and dived to dodge any responsibility for the local growth fund fiasco, leaving vital services without funding, valuable staff without jobs and vulnerable people without support?
