Text
The late Willy Darragh passed away at the side of the road on 21 December 2024 after suffering a heart attack. The initial 999 call from his wife Caroline was classed as a category 2 call, and, due to the action short of strike, it was not passed to the crew in the local Ballymena ambulance station. Minister, will you commit today to meeting the Darragh family and to ensuring that the action short of strike is brought to an end so that no other family is left in the same position as the Darragh family?
