Text
I thank the Member for kindly giving way. Speaking of water quality, 20 million tons of raw sewage were pumped into our waterways by the Department for Infrastructure last year. That equates to 8,000 Olympic-sized swimming pools full of raw sewage pumped into our waterways by the Department for Infrastructure. Do you believe that an independent EPA could get to grips with that challenge?
