Text
I thank the Member for giving way. He is absolutely right to highlight the failure from the Alliance Party, and particularly the Minister, to properly fund and hold accountable the agencies that are already in place. Does he agree that there is more than a growing suspicion that the Minister is deliberately running down the agencies that are in place to advance his narrow ideological position, which is to the detriment of the agencies that are in place and of those who live in the rural countryside?
