Text
I thank the Minister for her really welcome statement. My constituency office in Moira often gets complaints from residents about access to their homes competing with access to businesses. Equally, we get the same concerns raised by parents who are doing school drop-offs and pickups. How will the scheme balance those competing priorities? What is the lead-in time for new schemes to come online?
