Text
I thank the First Minister. We are approaching the 16th anniversary of the transfer of policing and justice powers to the Assembly. First Minister, do you agree that a return to 50:50 recruitment and the appointment of the next Justice Minister by the d'Hondt process would go some way towards building community confidence in our policing and justice arrangements and that it is long past time that we used the d'Hondt process to allocate the Justice Ministry?
