Text
I thank the Minister for her statement. What mitigations will the scheme provide in rural town centres, where there are a lot of competing pressures from businesses, commuters and private residents? I will not say that there is conflict between the two, but there is DFI-owned land and there are council-owned parking areas. How will the measure help address and mitigate the issue in rural towns?
