I welcome the Minister's statement. What is the plan for enforcement? We have seen traffic measures installed elsewhere across the country, and they have been welcomed by residents, but those residents invariably get frustrated by the lack of enforcement when people break the rules. Will it be enforced by the police, the councils, the red coats or a combination of some of those? What engagement have you had with them?
