I thank the Minister for the statement. As the Minister is aware, one of the reasons why such schemes are so important is that nuisance parking can prevent emergency services or health and social care workers from accessing patients' properties. To ensure that patients receive the best care and that that care is timely, will there be permits for carers and community nurses?
