Text
Mr McGrath hit on something, which is that the drivers are not just drivers. If they are regular collectors and deliverers of the same service users, then, to some extent, they become carers and deliverers of care. It is about a package. The role involves more than simply driving a vehicle for an hourly rate. That is where I see the potential. Did I have 10 minutes, Mr Deputy Speaker?
