Text

The recruitment process is being evaluated, and the lessons that are learned from it will be built into future recruitment processes. I can say, however, that it has been a successful scheme. Unfortunately, I was not able to make it to the hotel where the recruitment exercise took place over a couple of days, but all the reports from the event suggest that the enthusiasm and excitement in the venue was palpable and that those who were applying for jobs were enthused by the process, as was my team. We have to build on and learn from that strategy. Everybody accepts that we have to speed up the recruitment process; in that exercise, we achieved that goal.

Assessment

Not flagged

Jev’s structured answers met the documented threshold for “not flagged”.

  • Overall probability that the activity is being used to promote, exploit or escalate an identity-based controversy: 0.02 (flagging needs at least 0.70; at or below 0.30 is not flagged).
  • None of the five culture-war criteria was met (each was below 0.60).
  • No identity-based framing was identified (1.00).
  • The overall probability was at or below the not-flagging threshold.

This is an AI-generated assessment of the text, made against published criteria. It is not a finding of fact about the MLA or their intentions. The Assembly record itself is the fact.
