Text

I thank the Minister for his statement. Our waste water infrastructure and treatment works are crumbling and inadequate. That has resulted in the stalling of housebuilding and led to major pollution incidents, with 20 million tons of raw sewage being released into our waterways annually. To what degree is the Minister confident that the Minister for Infrastructure's three-pronged approach will help us get to grips with the issue?
