Text
On a point of order, Mr Speaker. The Minister, in his statement and responses, made a big play of the anxiety and mental health issues that face children as they are going towards exams. I specifically asked him, as did a number of other Members, about the anxiety that is experienced by 10- and 11-year-olds as they are facing into high-stakes exams. The Minister did not answer any of the Members who posed that question to him. Is it in order for the Minister to do that?
