Text

Minister, the one thing that I found encouraging from your statement was that the £5 million will be recurrent funding. However, research from Cancer Research UK tells us that, in general, Northern Ireland has the longest cancer waiting lists and the poorest outcomes of anywhere in the United Kingdom. That is a moral and ethical issue that must be resolved. A couple of weeks ago, Wes Streeting launched a cancer plan for England. Will you launch an action plan on cancer services for Northern Ireland that is separate from the elective care plan? The current model simply is not working.

Not flagged

Jev’s structured answers met the documented threshold for “not flagged”.

  • Overall probability that the activity is being used to promote, exploit or escalate an identity-based controversy: 0.03 (flagging needs at least 0.70; at or below 0.30 is not flagged).
  • None of the five culture-war criteria was met (each was below 0.60).
  • Assessed as legitimate policy scrutiny (0.97).
  • No identity-based framing was identified (1.00).
