I thank the Minister for his answer. I wrote to him on behalf of a constituent who was impacted on by the delays in breast cancer waiting lists. The two-week target is crucial for so many reasons, particularly life expectancy. The Minister said in his response that the temporary delays were linked partly to the roll-out of Encompass. Have those issues been resolved? When will Encompass speed up, rather than slow down, the process?
